The laser is focussed into the glass, in the focal point the energy is so high that the structure is change in a small point. The laser beam is computer controlled, an image made of thousand small points is the outcome. This laser process is the so called “Vitrography”.

When you choose 2D photo crystal – Yes it will; if you choose 3D photo crystal, our designers will remove the background from the original image and center the figures in order to create the best 3D model which result in a perfect laser etched crystal.
Yes, we can take simple logos or graphics and laser them into the glass in 3D. If the logo you send is not a 2D illustration or is made of complex color gradients, it may not work. If you have questions about your logo, email us at sale@picturelaser.com.
We can work with most image file formats including .jpg, .bmp, .pdf, .psd, .doc, .ai, .eps, .cdr, .png and other 2d file formats. We can accept most .stl and .obj 3d files.

Yes. No hidden fees. We do NOT charge any personalization fee for Color Photo Crystals and Laser Engraved Photo Crystals.
The order process, which is the number of days we need to produce your crystal, takes between two to three business days.**
**Note: During the busy holiday season, the processing time is subject to change.
All special requests should be placed in the ‘Order notes‘ section during checkout, or you can send mail to sale@picturelaser.com with your order number. We do our best to meet all of our customers’ special requests. However, if your request is not possible, we will contact you directly to let you know. Please be sure to specify any instructions you have to the desigenrs in the “Order notes” section upon placing an order. If the customer does not write in the Order notes Section, the designers have free will to move around the image and text, to allow for best possible outcome of crystal.
You can change your order as long as it has not been processed(Usually within 4 hours after order being placed). Processed orders have already been sent to our designers and cannot be changed.
If you decide to change your order, contact Customer Service immediately at(+1)408-774-9428 ext 1220. One of our Customer Service reps will let you know the status of your order and if you can change it.
If there is a Proof that is requested, and you are not happy with the design, there would be a $30 charge to get the image swapped out.

Picture Laser was founded with our customers best interest in mind. We offer a 14-day return or replacement on all online purchases if the product has defects. Re-shipping charges apply to all replacements or exchanges. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number in order to ensure proper credit for return.
No, we never store your credit card information. Your credit card number is only captured during the checkout process while our system ‘talks’ to our payment processing gateway. Once the order is placed, we no longer have access to your credit card information.
