Picture Laser was founded with our customers best interest in mind. We offer a 14-day return or replacement on all online purchases if the product has defects. Re-shipping charges apply to all replacements or exchanges. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Contact us at sale@picturelaser.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number in order to ensure proper credit for return.

Refund

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 3 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
